Who should i kill next

Star Saber masterpiece was made as it won a fan based vote in Masterpiece Fan Choice poll. In the anime, he was one of the Autobots who is without the "Prime/Convoy" title that is worthy to lead the Autobots.

Transformation

Easy, except for the part of snapping "Saber" into Star Saber's main body. Overall, the transformation is almost identical to the anime and the old G1 Victory toy transformation.

To Star Saber's Robot mode

To transform Saber into Star Saber's chest, fold the leg downwards in the knee part
before locking it inwards.

There are a lot of places that you need to apply force when transforming it to Star saber.
Figure above shows the 3 important areas to snap it in place.

Detaching from Star Saber's / To Spaceship mode

Remember to press this button before folding the legs.

Apply some force to pulling Saber out. Recall the hinges?!. That hinges
will locks Saber in place, so, press the button behind and pull it out and up to detach.

There are 2 clips that can be snapped together. Take time to position it
and the spaceship can be transformed nicely and sturdy.

Fold the wings downwards before placing Saber in plane mode to
the bigger body.

Articulation

Robot(s) mode: The only part that was a let down was the arms for Star Saber for not able to reach for his sword. Other than that, he is super articulated! Okay, except for little "Brain Of Courage" with the minimal possibility of articulation.

Spaceship(s): One big piece of block, with unique landing gears. Nothing much to highlight.

I prefer this mode than the bigger bulkier spaceship.

3 robots body: Yes!

Saber's face plate will only pops up when Brainmaster is inserted.

Brainmaster gimmick that pops the face place up when the cover closes.

Colored Plastics: One general thing to point out for this masterpiece is this. Generally most of the parts are made of different plastic colors rather than paint! Yes, there are paints here and there, but generally the whole toy are made from different colored plastics just like a Gundam kit, and that...is a very good news!

Swords: One tiny sword holder and 2 different silver-chromed blades.

Guns: There is one for Saber and Star Saber.

Stand: For holding both big and small spaceship.

Shield: A shield that has the Autobots insignia painted.

Cockpit: Get happy as the cockpit can be opened and Brain of Courage can ride on it.

All in All

No doubt this is one spectacular Masterpiece, with the uniqueness of replacing paints with colored plastics. It is also one of the masterpiece that can have it's figure riding on it's alternate mode. The only drawback to this figure is for being too outstanding, as Star Saber tends to be out of place when placed together with the whole masterpiece series...
