Gundam - The Endless Waltz

It has been almost 5-6 years since I've got an opportunity to built a single Gundam (also categorised as GunPla). Apparently, there was a massive Gundam discount going on within my area and people were queuing up like mad. I made an opportunity to grab a Gundam Wing Zero - Real Grade series, well, monkey sees, monkey do. But, I am glad that I made this purchase. 

A Spectacular Series

This is my first time owing an RG series. RG represent Real Grade. Compared to HG(High Grade) and MG(Master Grade), I tremendously enjoyed the RG series. It's like the best within the series, the size is equivalent to HG series which is at 1/144, while the built and articulation is on par with the MG series; if not as good, it's better than MG! FYI, the other difference within HG and MG grade is the endoskeleton in the robot, MG has an endoskeleton that makes it more articulated and bulky. 

What set apart in Real Grade series, is this amazing Advanced MS Joint. The two advantages to RG's Advanced MS joint are:

1) I don't need the hassle to built it. It's an all-in-one part. 

2) It's articulated! Snip, snip and an articulated part, ball joint are in-built! How this mold can be created kept me amazed.

Movement

The engineering built for Gundam Wing Zero is marvellous. Thanks to the endo-skeleton, this Gundam is can not only poses; the plastic parts even moves to accommodate the joint movement. 

The thigh's plastic part detaches and automatically pulls downward.

Enjoying the moment

Building Gundam is super addictive, if you are not up to it...stop. It's fun, it's snappy and best yet, it's marvellous to be treated as a display or being played.

I started to learn panelling on Gundam as well. As of now, I am just using a Gundam marker; now it looks better from the builds i did compared to my younger years in building Gundam. 

All-in-all

If there is a rating on this model; it's a sure 5/5 to me. I am getting the urge to get another RG series now..
