MP-21 Daniel (Cont')

Spike's son, Daniel

An exco-skeleton worn by Daniel, son of Spike and Carly. It was first shown in the 86' Transformer's Movie. The exco-skeleton transformation do make sense, given that the legs and arms of Daniel only occupies the exco-skeleton's body section.

Impression

Honestly, I do found him to be out of place within the Masterpiece collection. Even with spike that came with MP-10, he still looks out of place. The reason is that, all Masterpiece figures actually transform and reflects on actual real vehicle, where else Daniel from the Movie leaned more to futuristic designs.

For the price given, of 2 in 1 package; I would say it's a great deal.

Transformation

Similar to Bumblebee, Daniel's transformation is fun and easy. It does not really look like a vehicle, but it shared similarities with the cartoon.

Daniel's head can actually face forward.

 In the movie, both Daniel's hands are actually holding a controller in this mode, just below his head.

Articulation

After removing the translucent helmet, the head can be changed to look up or down. The legs and hands can perform many nice poses. 

The arms can also be turned, doing so, the arms turns into rocket launchers!

All in All

Overall, this figure is pretty average. He does not comes with any external accessories. Though, like Bumblebee, he is really fun to transform.
