Tracks

A unique transformer who has 2 alternate modes! I however, fairly notices him in the G1 cartoon.

Impression

The figure has a very hollow body, it's only noticeable when viewed from the top. He does comes with a cowboy figure; whom i do not really know the name; though it would be nice if the human figure can actually interact with Tracks, rather than being just a display figure.

The car can turned into a winged car with MISSILES.

Overall he is colorful, but doesn't really standout.

Transformation

The transformation is simple and following the instruction booklet won't get you lost with Track's transformation. There are pegs everywhere, which makes this robot mode sturdy, but nonetheless, still hollow and very light in weight.

There is a flip able part in the robot's leg. Make sure the car's side hood is pulled out before flipping the "circled" piece.

Articulation

His articulation is not as good as the other figures. Tracks in robot mode could not crouch. His elbows are not double hinged, which the arms can only be brought up to a 90 degrees.

The shoulder however is unique, it can rotate 180 degrees in robot mode, and the shoulders can actually make up for the double hinged joint, but then again it'll look super odd.

He comes with a nice stand. This helps with the robot's various posebility.

Features

The first uniqueness of tracks is the 3-in-1 mode. It transforms into a car, a flying vehicle, and a robot.

Blaster in radio form - Autobot blaster and the paint job was amazingly done.

Really nice paint job and it's really really tiny!

Side mirrors - Notice that all the pictures of the car does not have side mirrors? This is because it comes seperately

2 Blasters - A small blaster that comes with the vehicle, this can be attached in front of the car, the other is for the robot.

Cowboy - A displayable human figure.

Stand and a collectible card - As in all masterpiece figures by Takara, a collectible card is included.

All in All

The figure lost 1 of the most important part, the quality feel, the robot is very hollow and light, giving a less "Masterpiece" feel to me. It's understandable that Tracks design is extremely complicated compared to other characters, so, it's still acceptable.

But he does however matches the display of all other masterpiece with the given height and color! Happy to have had Tracks into my collection.
