Terrorcons to form Abonimus

Correct me, but Abonimus is the only combiner with different mismatched-colored individuals. The colors of Abonimus looks odd but at the same time, pleasing. This was also the only combiner based on G1 Gestalts that Hasbro/Takara did not package it as a whole. This causes me to get it separately and boy...hunting each individuals during the end of Power-of-Primes line was a challenge.

Impression

I started off with Sinnertwin (the orange colored double-headed dragon) thanks to a 50% Toys R Us sale. I had always liked Sinnertwin. Then within a period of two-months, unexpectedly, I collected the whole Terrorcons. All of the characters felt good and sturdy, well, all except for Rippersnapper; Ripper snapper felt cheap but this guy is still lovable.

Each characters has a specially made pegs to store the extra parts(Abonimus's fist) in both modes, which I praise Hasbro/Takara for being thoughtful. See Sinnertwins below and you can see why.

Blot's and Rippersnapper's chest open and closes to reveal holes to hold on to the extra parts.

Transformation

All characters are different, and they transform differently, the feel is different, the color is different, the price are different(because i hunted it from different stores). So all in all I find it to be a good thing.

There are also dedicated holes and pegs to store the weapons and no parts are really dangling from it's transformation.

Do note that Hun-Gurr has the most amazing transformation. When it transform into the torso and head of Abonimus, every twist and snaps made it sturdy as if it transformed from a slithering snake into a brick.

The combined Abonimus has an amazing articulation, it has the same exact articulation as Hun-gurr's robot form.

Features

What else does one need ???! Transforming into individual robots with an alternate mode and then combining it.

But for this figure there are some issues which displeases me. Those are:
1) No special weapon/combined weapon for Abonimus to wield/carry.
2) The back of Abonimus felt empty.
3) Rippersnapper cheaper plastic always felt like he can break anytime. As long he's form as feet, i think he can last.
